Inscape Properties started business in the Eastern Cape in 1996 and has since built an investment grade portfolio valued at approximately R400 million. The company operates throughout South Africa with properties located in the Eastern and Western Cape, Gauteng and KZN.
The portfolio includes properties in the commercial, retail and industrial sectors, tenanted mainly by national tenants. Properties are managed by the Inscape Property Management team, which operates from offices in Cape Town and East London.

Properties are managed by the Inscape Property Management team, which operates from offices in Cape Town and East London, and its capabilities include:
Site identification, land assembly and acquisition, conceptual planning, leasing and project managing to completion and occupation.
Acquiring investment grade properties where suitable opportunities arise, leasing, maintaining good tenant relationships, physically maintaining, and improving properties and the running of all aspects of administration within the portfolio.
